There is elastic in the neck/shoulders, on the sleeve cuffs, and at the hem for maximum stretch and a more customized fit. This style is SUPER stretchy, so we have 5 sizes- XS/S, S/M, L/XL, 2X/3X and 4X/5X. Please note that measurements in the size chart are the relaxed measurements BEFORE stretch, you can add at least 3" of stretch to the sleeve opening and 6" to the neck/hem. 100% Rayon Johanna is wearing size L
